Buzzrack Twin Buzz

A complete modular system, allowing you to take bikes and cargo at the same time! Choose your configuration:

• Four Bikes
• Two bikes plus a luggage platform (with the supplied bag)
• Luggage platform then two bikes
• Two bikes (with a shorter rack)
• Just the platform

All parts are supplied to allow for all configurations, including a 60l drybag and two straps that can be used with the platform. Use the platform with the drybag, or use the straps to secure other gear.

Assembly: Even though it is not assembled, the TwinBuzz is easy to put together, and to modify when you want to change the configuration.

Fitting to the car: When you first place it on the tow ball it supports itself - you can let go of it and it won't fall to the ground. You'll then take the weight again, spin the tightening wheel until it's tight, and lock it. BUZZ RACK's carriers comply with the very exacting standard XPR-18-904-4 and therefore include an anti-sway tensioner; this has an integrated handle and 2 or 3 turns are usually sufficient.

Lighting system: The TwinBuzz comes with a 7 pin lighting system, adapters are available if you have a 13 pin socket - see below.

Using the luggage rack:

• Maximum load on the platform: 20kg (60kg total load when also carrying bikes).
• Includes a 60l drybag.
• 2 x straps included, or you can use more, if required, to secure gear directly to the platform.

Carrying bikes

• The long rubber-padded wheel straps hold tyres up to 3.25” wide; pull on them to tighten, and use the quick release to loosen.
• The frame holders are suitable for carbon frames, the rubber bike frame pads and high resistance straps hold any type of tube firmly but gently. Longer frame straps are available separately for chunky frames.
• The wheel holders will accommodate small children’s bikes to full size bikes with wheelbases up to 126cm.
• The carrier folds flat for easier storage, and to allow you to open the tailgate (when you aren't carrying bikes).
• All parts are replaceable if e.g. someone forgets that a tow bar carrier is fitted and reverses into a wall - which happens!
• Dimensions when carrying four bikes, or two bikes plus cargo bag: (width x depth x height): 112 x 94 x 67.5 cm (measured from the centre of the tow ball mount to the outside edge of the number plate holder).

Additional information:

• Weight: 11 - 24.1kg (depending on configuration).
• This rack is supplied with UK standard 3 function lights and a 7 pin plug; electrical adapters are available for those with 13 pin systems - see below.
• Locks to the tow bar, we recommend a cable lock if you are carrying bikes.
• The build quality - tube bending, welding, rust proofing, painting, component quality, is exemplary. All tools you might need are provided.
